We are pleased to announce that on December 7th, 2007 we have moved to our new 9.500 m² company domicile in Skanderborg. This physical amalgamation is a natural consequence of the fusion of the 3 companies in 2006 and 2007 with BJ-Gear A/S being the company to continue.

Amalgamation of Lind Jacobsen & Co. A/S with
BJ-Gear A/S

We are pleased to announce that Lind Jacobsen & Co. A/S has amalgamated with BJ-Gear A/S to form the continuing company.

The two companies have for more than 40 years been well-known within the transmission industry, and both companies have been owned by Graversgaard Invest A/S since January 2006. The gear wheel manufacturer Trabjerg A/S is also a part of BJ-Gear A/S. Read more about the Amalgamation. (PDF)

We are pleased to announce that as per 1 st. July 2006 Trabjerg A/S has amalgamated with BJ-Gear A/S to form the continuing company. Acquisition

We are pleased to announce that as per January 1^st 2006, Lind Jacobsen & Co. A/S has been transferred to Graversgaaard Invest being owner of Trabjerg A/S and BJ-Gear A/S as well. By this acquisition we are able to offer even more quality transmission components to our customers.

ISO-Certification

As per August 1st. 2004 Trabjerg A/S became certified according to the new process standard ISO 9001:2008.

Trabjerg has recently invested in a top modern CNC controlled gear measuring center make Klingelnberg P40. With this investment we have taken the next step towards products with even higher precision and quality.
